Frequently asked questions
Can a paid plan buy a “verified” badge or a better rating?
No. “Business verified” means our team checked the business's identity, and only our team sets it. Paid placement is always labeled “Sponsored” and never changes verification, editorial ratings or bottled-water rankings.
What does a paid plan change in lead matching?
Buyer requests go to suppliers that fit the category, area, minimum order and packaging. Among those, paid plans are matched first: Enterprise, then Premium, then Professional, then Basic. A plan never sends you requests you don't fit.
Do you charge per lead?
Not today. If per-lead pricing is introduced, it will only cover leads you accept that the buyer confirmed and that aren't duplicates, and you'll be told before it starts.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
From your supplier dashboard, choose Manage billing. You can switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel there. Your listing stays public on Basic after a paid plan ends.
Who handles payments?
Stripe processes all payments. BotledWater never sees or stores your card details.
